The funding will be used to provide a new hall building to provide opportunities to reduce loneliness and improve health and wellbeing, promote life skills and increase community cohesion in the local community. The committee hopes to be able to provide activities such as IT training, fuel poverty advice surgeries, a community café, a theatre group, a film club and mental health support.
