Project overview

The project will provide support for transgender children, their parents and carers, and deliver a pilot project ‘North East Trans Family’ network. Children will be able to express their feelings, access peer support and develop coping mechanisms and strategies to avoid bullying. Parents and carers will benefit from therapeutic support and a social and support network.
