Project overview

Project Summary : Tir Coed will create opportunities for disadvantaged people within rural parts of Pembrokeshire, Powys and Ceredigion to access well-being woodland activities and woodland skills training courses. Week long intensive training will be available along with mentoring support, work placements and guidance to set up micro-enterprises, become self-employed or start a co-operative in the sector. The grant over two years will part fund staff salaries. It will also part fund general running costs. .
