Mentality Matters - Project

Project overview

The project will provide one to one support, educational programmes and information workshops for young people affected by a range of issues, including bereavement, eating disorders, family breakups, sexual exploitation, bullying and substance misuse. It will provide signposting to services, access to the group’s activities, and will help young people develop coping strategies to improve their emotional and mental health and help them move forward with their lives.
