Project overview

This group aims to develop its project which aims to support vulnerable families with young children. The project will focus on providing support to vulnerable families who are struggling with isolation, mental health issues and poor life chances by adding group work, friendship circles, external outings and activities to their existing support programme of one-to-one home visiting. The project will develop a Bump to baby support programme for pregnant and new mothers to help prevent postnatal depression.
