Project overview

This group will bring together the knowledge and skills of voluntary agencies and relevant statutory partners to support three groups of vulnerable, isolated young people at critical transition points in life. The project will support young carers, young care leavers and young people leaving youth offending institutions by ensuring that they have better access to training and development to improve the skills they need to live independently or to re-integrate into family life, and pursue education and work.
