Project overview

The project supports children and young people in care or living in difficult circumstances due to low income, disadvantage and discrimination. Beneficiaries will take part in a range of activities designed to increase confidence, self-esteem and life skills which will improve their life chances. These include outdoor days away and residential trips, one to one support and community activities. The project will also work with and support their families.
