Funding will be used to celebrate the legacy of Frankenstein author Mary Shelley; her connection to the local area, its residents and the wider artistic community. The organisation will re-create a 1930's parade, host pop up creative workshops, and exhibit art work created by disadvantaged local children. They will also recruit actors to perform vignettes dressed as historical characters from the Frankenstein novel, and engage adults in recovery in the creation of a live art mural of Frankenstein's monster.
