Together We Make A Difference, Welfare and Health Support Project - Project

Project overview

The organisation will use the funding to continue to provide three weekly drop in sessions for people who are in financial crisis and are socially excluded due to mental illness, physical sickness or disability to help improve their circumstances and wellbeing. This will involve training volunteers in mental health awareness, welfare rights and communication skills, and providing welfare rights advocacy support, access to food parcels and signposting to service providers.
