Project overview

This charity will use the funding to deliver fast track training to volunteers. This will enable volunteers to deliver CAB services more quickly and efficiently and will also enables users of the CAB to access advice by telephone, webchat, email as well as face to face, thereby satisfying the currently unmet demand for CAB services from local residents.
