Project overview

Folkestone and district Mind will develop an existing project delivered to adults with mental health issues. The Wellbeing Activity Programme consists of a range of creative, physical and mindful activities including clay sculpture, painting, music (group and individual sessions) and will be extended to include crafts such as sewing, beading and embroidery.
