Start360 is working in partnership with Cool FM to run the Cool Choices project. The two-year project is targeting young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training. Cool Choices is supporting young people to overcome their barriers to employment through a 15-week intensive programme, which will include a five-week work placement at Cool FM, employability training and essential skills workshops with Start 360 and working on the Cool FMÂ’s Media Bus.
