Project overview

This is a project by an Industrial and Provident organisation in Hampshire. The organisation will use funding to run nutrition and health workshops along with physical activity sessions for young homeless members of the community, culminating in a showcase event for all participants of the workshops. This will allow them to gain an understanding of the need to eat healthily and stay active to make positive lifestyle decisions to reduce isolation and low self esteem.
