The National Star Centre is a college for disabled young people aged 16 to 25. Many of the students have communication or learning disabilities in addition to physical disabilities, the majority being wheelchair users. The college intends to demolish a 4-person accommodation unit that does not meet modern standards and replace it with Cleeve Bungalow, a purpose built block that will house 10 students.
