This project aims to reduce isolation and prevent mental and physical health problems which are experienced by deafblind people. It will do this by providing 200 participants with the additional support and assistance they need, this will be through a guide/communicator. The grant will fund a new full-time Community Involvement Officer, one new part-time counsellor, one new part time administrator, guide/communicators, promotional materials, travel costs and accommodation costs.
