Braveheart Association - Clackmannanshire Project - Project

Project overview

The Braveheart Clackmannanshire Project will support individuals with chronic heart disease and their families helping them make positive life choices that reduces stress and social isolation. The project will train 38 volunteers to facilitate 15 two hour sessions to 578 beneficiaries. The sessions cover issues such as developing self-esteem, health and mental well-being and family links. Funding is for a part time coordinator, part time development officer and development activities.
