The project would provide a purpose built childcare centre offering a range of services such as a pre-school playgroup, an after school club, a summer scheme and a parent and toddler facility. The new build would allow the association to cater for more children than their current premises, which are shared rooms within a community centre.The grant would contribute towards building and external works, associated investigations and site preparation. It would also contribute to professional and statutory fees.
