Burmese Migrant Workers - Supporting self reliance and healing after Tsunam - Project
Project overview
This Tsunami project in the provinces of Phang Nga and Ranong, southwestern Thailand, aims to help restore the livelihoods and empower displaced and traumatised Burmese migrant workers and their families following the Tsunami in 2004. It also aims to secure the legal status of Burmese migrant workers to work in Thailand, thereby ensuring access to basic human rights such as education and health care.
