The project is based on a successful pilot BME outreach project targeting individuals and families with arising mental health concerns and with disabilities. The advice given relates to benefit entitlement, often at a changing time in the beneficiaries' lives. The group will continue and develop the project using outreach venues and also by providing a home visit service. The project will focus solely on rights and responsibilities with regards to benefit entitlement.
