Project overview

This project will construct a floodlit, sand-filled, synthetic multi-use games area at Bircotes and Harworth Community School, in Nottinghamshire. It will enable the school to deliver the recommended two hours of PE a week to all its students, particularly through enhancing the delivery of hockey. The facility will also be used for extra curricular activities and by local sports clubs, benefiting 600 school users and 400 community users.
