Project overview

Bigwood School will build a floodlight multi-use games area for basketball, netball, hockey, football, and tennis. Two existing hard surface tennis courts will also be upgraded and community changing and toilet facilities will be built. A new disabled car parking area will be added to make the site fully accessible. This school is in an area in need of better sporting facilities, and these pitches will serve 740 pupils from the Bigwood School, 1,069 pupils from nearby schools and 1,265 community users.
