This two-year project will employ a part-time Dance Officer to provide a range of dance activities to infants aged 3 - 9 months and 10 - 18 months, and older people over 65 years old. The project will stimulate children through movement and dance, develop motor sensory skills and body intelligence, and improve flexibility and movement in older people. The dances will be specifically designed for each target group, delivered in the Island Arts Centre free of charge and target 288 individuals in total.
