Wildernesse School - Synthetic Turf Pitch - Project

Project overview

Kent County Council will build a floodlit Synthetic Turf Pitch at Wildernesse School in Sevenoaks Kent. Primary sports will be hockey and football but the facility will also be used for general PE. The management of the facility will be incorporated into that of the existing sports centre and it will be the home ground of Sevenoaks Hockey Club. Beneficiaries will be the 559 pupils at Wildernesse, 500 pupils from partner schools and an estimated 29,500 community visits per year.
