Project overview

This new project will provide a programme of outreach and onsite healthcare services for homeless and vulnerable people living in and around Hammersmith and Fulham. The project will launch a calendar of health-themed awareness-raising events and engagement activities relevant to the target audience, including sessions on TB, Hepatitis C and diabetes, among others. Up to five volunteers will be recruited each project year to provide peer support and advocacy, and will be trained in areas such as first aid.
