FABI (Families Affected by Imprisonment) Addiewell - Project
Project overview
This project will support fathers leaving Addiewell prison to better integrate with their families. Two family support workers will work to reduce the impact of imprisonment on the family unit providing sustained practical support and guidance. The family focused intervention will help parents develop their parenting skills, re-establish parent child bonds, address substance misuse issues and ensure family members' needs are being met. The grant will fund support workers salaries and project overheads.
