Staying Home - Project

Project overview

The project will support 550 men and 450 women ex-offenders and those on remand to improve their confidence and learn new skills. It will use peer mentors and buddies to provide early intervention advice and advocacy as well as a 24/7 support line. A range of courses will be delivered including anger management, accredited training and employment skills. The three year grant will cover the salaries of seven existing staff and three new Outreach Workers from partner agencies as well as general running costs.
