The 'Belfast Befriending Service' project will benefit individuals through the provision of one-to-one and group activities promoting physical and mental exercise, including, music therapy; reminiscence, visiting places of interest. The project will enable carers to take time out from their caring responsibilities, re-invigorating the caring/carer relationship.
