Active Lives - Project

Project overview

The project will establish a dedicated support service to help prevent older people falling into declining physical health, social isolation and poor mental well-being. It will provide a range of health and learning activities based in Skelmersdale and Ormskirk, including keep fit, chair based activities, Wii fit, dancing, walking, healthy eating, and will offer training on mobile phone use, basic IT, social networking and safety in the home.
