Project overview
This group based in Blantyre South Lanarkshire will build on a recent pilot walking project to encourage people living with life limiting illnesses to take part in regular exercise through guided walks in the community. This grant will fund training for 6 volunteer walk leaders, an information recruitment day, information leaflets, publicity, a digital camera, Haven Walking Team Sweatshirts and transport costs for 3 walks.
