The trust's Clinical Psychology Department will use the grant to run the Shared Reading project which will give people with mental ill health across the South Eastern health trust the chance to take part in small weekly reading groups where they will read books informing them about mental health issues. The project will encourage people to share their thoughts, feeling and experiences.
