The group will use the grant to run a programme of activities to help improve the mental and physical health of older people in the area by reducing their isolation and encouraging them to lead healthier lifestyles. Activities will include reminiscence groups, beauty therapy, armchair aerobics, dancing, music, art classes, tai chi, arts and crafts, scrap-booking and flower arranging.
