Project overview

This new project will offer a rapid early intervention response for people who have just been diagnosed as blind or partially sighted offering a range of emotional and practical support during the difficult transition period that recently diagnosed people go through. The project will target nine boroughs across London and will offer; an initial home visit, emotional and befriending support, practical support, access to tailored social and cultural activities, and IT support.
