Project overview
This project will provide affordable and accessible training VCS organisations. The training will focus on management, best practice, legislation surrounding employment, service delivery and competitive tendering. It will be designed to improve the management and operation of VCS services, with the aim of enabling them to become better equipped to deal with applications for funding, recruitment and retention of staff and volunteers and to promote sustainability, good practice and quality assurance.
