This project will increase the diversity awareness of VCS groups and infrastructure organisations to better meet the needs of minority communities. The grant will part fund an existing diversity network co-ordinator, and will fully fund a new full-time diversity outreach worker. The grant will also fund freelance fees, translation/interpreting and specialist support, recruitment, training and other associated costs.
