The project will explore sustainable routes for further development and delivery of key back-office functions for the South London CVS Partnership which comprises the 6 borough-based VCS infrastructure organisations. It will carry out activities such as: reviewing existing provision; exploring income-generation models to support sustainability; consulting and testing take-up levels across a diverse range of front-line VCS organisations; and developing a business plan for chosen delivery models.
