Project overview
This project will build capacity and develop joint working opportunities between the six CVSs in County Durham. The activities will include a support service covering governance in volunteering and general governance, and Organisational Healthchecks to identify gaps and provide support. A 'Train the Trainer' programme will also be delivered to staff.
