The project aims to support 'seldom heard' community organisations such as those representing the BME community in the West of England sub region, through increasing organisational capacity to deliver services to their communities. The project will enable them to represent their communities and needs in mainstream decision making arenas such as strategic partnerships, multi-agency working groups and networks.
