The project aims to provide a South Yorkshire wide HR technical advice service for VCS organisations by delivering advice and consultancy on HR policies and procedures, job evaluation, HR management and training, volunteering and trustee responsibilities and a mediation service. Advice and support will be provided by a team of HR Advisers who will be initially accessible via a helpline with further detailed support available through visits for more in depth advice and assistance.
