This project has provided a counselling service since 2003 to disadvantaged women living in Harlow in Essex. The organisation has sustained this service and extended it to include men. Fully qualified volunteer counsellors provide one-to-one counselling at the CALM centre seven days a week on a wide range of subjects, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, divorce, drugs, finances, relationships and work related stress.
