This project aims to enable young people to plan and deliver activities to their peers to promote increased health and wellbeing. The project also intends to support young carers, working with them around their mental health and wellbeing issues. The group will offer weekend residentials to outdoor activity centres to increase confidence and self-esteem. They will also offer evening and weekend activities including abseiling, swimming, orienteering, music, and gym classes with a personal trainer.
