Swansea Carers Advocacy Service aims to improve the quality of life for older people aged 50+ who are carers by providing access to a professional independent advocacy and respite service. The partnership project will seek to empower carers to represent their own interests and where this is not possible will advocate of their behalf. The service will give carers a voice when they are faced with difficult decisions/formal meetings and are struggling to cope with their caring role.
