Project overview

This continuation and expansion of an existing project will deliver a programme designed to support disabled young people (DYP) aged 16 to 25 into supported volunteer placements that will give them workplace experience that can be used ultimately to gain employment or other positive outcomes such as education or training. The project provides a range of local placements as well as giving each beneficiary tailor-made support based on a personal development plan.
