The organisation will use the grant to deliver the Mind Yourself project which will educate 20 young adults about their mental health through a programme looking at self esteem, healthy eating, stress, friendship, inclusion, socialising, coping skills, positive thinking, relaxing and relationships. The project will teach prevention . strategies highlighting the need for healthy lifestyles to contribute to good mental health
