Improving the psycho-social experience of adolescents with Tourette syndrom
Improving the psycho-social experience of adolescents with Tourette syndrom - Project
Project overview
This England-wide project, in partnership with the University of Nottingham, will aim to understand the key psychosocial issues affecting young people with Tourette Syndrome (TS), and improve their ability to benefit from education. There are 300,000 people in the UK (one per cent of the total population of children) with TS. There has been little research on sufferers' psychosocial and educational experiences and this project aims to address this need.
