The project covers the entire Rochdale Metropolitan Borough and will develop the Rochdale Legal Advice Partnership (RLAP). The core group will work with other project partner members to create a learning organisation, which will continue to operate beyond the projects end. Partners include Springwell Hospice, Buckley Hall Prison, Rochdale Primary Care Trust and Rochdale Victim Support.
