Interactive peer support groups - Project

Project overview

The Terrance Higgins Trust will establish peer support groups in Powys and North Wales for people living with or affected by HIV and/or viral Hepatitis. The sessions will provide a safe, non-judgemental environment and an expert facilitator will provide advice on how to manage the condition. This meets the Awards for All aim of 'improving the quality of life'. This grant for £4,985 will fund facilitator fees, admin costs, venue hire, refreshments, publicity, travel costs, insurance and volunteer expenses.
