The whole project design is based on embedding a new model for advice delivery by providers. It will engage all the advice providers so that the advice sector is able to utilise all provision to meet the growing need for advice. It will develop new ways for clients to access advice, such as email, telephone or on-line. To enhance the specialist advice service training will be given to the other advice providers, family centres and church groups, to ensure the quality of advice and appropriate referrals.
