South Cambridgeshire Advice Network (SCAN) - Project
Project overview
The aim of this project is to improve access to advice and information, so more people who need it can access the right advice from the right provider in the right place and at the right time. The project will also develop a joint model for measuring advice outcomes and use evidence of impact to generate income for future years. The project will create a new local advice map and new advice channels for people living in rural areas by engaging GP surgeries, libraries, day centres and community groups.
