The project will work with 150 deprived families with primary school aged children who are faced with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties at school. The project brings together different service strands as an holistic support package for targeted families, which reaches out and engages with beneficiaries.It aims to maximise the school experience and potential life chances for children, provide parents with additional skills and link relevant organisations to provide cohesive support.
