My Life Through A Lens - Project

Project overview

This registered charity will use an award to carry out a film project working with young refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds who are currently attending ESOL classes. Participants will produce a short film on their life experiences as new citizens to the city which will be screened at community venues. The project will develop participants' creative, language, communication skills and self-confidence and promote interaction with others.
